0.5ml is a great introductory filler amount for first-time lip filler clients, especially if you’re nervous of what the result will be. It’s also great for clients just wanting a top-up on existing filler. Remember you will swell after treatment a little, so you will not see major change with 0.5ml after the treatment has settled over the first 2/3 weeks. If you love your results with 0.5ml then fab! Or if you want them a little fuller you can always come back for further treatment once they have settled. This gives time for any swelling to settle and the full result to be visible.
