Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Policy Details: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a loss of the booking fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a full charge for the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
